How to Import a Contact in gPanel Contacts

Use the gPanel Import Contact tool to bulk upload large lists of external people into your company's directory using a CSV spreadsheet.

Import Contact in gPanel is the administrative tool used to upload large lists of external people into your company's directory at once. Instead of typing in names and emails one by one, you use a spreadsheet (CSV file) to perform a bulk upload.

Import Contact

1. Click the dropdown, create contact and select import contact.

2. Fill out information in the Import Contacts Dialog Box. Select the user and source label of import. Select the target label : This is an optional step; if no target label is selected or created the contacts will be imported into the gPanel Directory. Email notification is also option; IF ticked the action user will be notified.

3. Click Import to process.
