How to Run a Drive Search in gPanel

Search entire Drive

  1. Search for keywords to type in the search bar. 
  2. Click the search button.

Search by filtering

  1. There are a couple of filters you can use. 
    1. Document ID 
    2. Document Title (Exact/Non Exact)
    3. Full Text
    4. Shared Documents 
      1. All
      2. Only owned
      3. Only shared
    5. Shared with 
      1. Search User 
    6. Category Filter
      1. All 
      2. Is Trashed
      3. Is Starred
    7. Document type
      1. Google Document
      2. Google Spreadsheet
      3. Google Presentation
      4. Google Drawing
      5. Google Form
      6. Google Script
      7. Folder
      8. PDF
      9. File
      10. Audio
      11. Video
      12. Fusion Table
      13. Kix
      14. Foto
      15. Google Sites
      16. Unknown 
      17. All

Export Drive search

  1. If you'd like to export the results of a Drive search to a Google Sheet, click Export results in the top right corner.
  1. The export window will appear, click here to view the export in your Google Drive.

You can access these search features through the Drive section or under User Management in the gPanel side navigation, ensuring you can manage file ownership from whichever workflow you prefer.
