- Log into the Google Admin Console
- Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps > Apps List
- Select gPanel
- Scroll down to the Data Access card
- Click ‘Grant Access’
- Check that all scopes are now ‘Granted’
- Scroll up to the User Access card and click on ‘View organizational units and groups’
- Ensure that the gPanel app is "ON for everyone" in your organization
