The Shared Contacts feature allows users to view and edit their domain's shared contacts information. It centralizes contact management by enabling multiple users within an organization to access, manage, and update a common database of contact information.

When viewing shared contacts in the User Portal, users are able to edit the details of specific contacts, provided they have the necessary access permissions.

Search shared contacts

  1. You can select the shared contact from the contact list on the left, or enter the contact name or email address in the search box.

  2. Press Enter on your keyboard or click the search icon to search.
