gPanel allows you to manage all your domain's groups. You can add, edit, delete, and view groups all in one dashboard, without needing to use the Admin console.

Group Templates
gPanel's Group Templates give you a consistent way to easily manage templates with new or previously saved settings based on your domain specifications. This feature will help you standardize group members and settings.

Organizational Units
Organizational units (OUs) help you see the structure of your company and are used for domain settings and Google Workspace services.

Gmail Labels & Filters
gPanel allows you to create filters and labels in your users' Gmail accounts.
Filters can be set up to automatically block or quarantine suspicious emails, identify and manage sensitive data, archive or retain specific type of email to meet regulatory requirements, trigger automated actions, or even just categorize your users' inboxes.
Similarly, labels can help administrators call attention to important or high-priority emails, apply retention policies, or just make it easier for users to search for specific emails in their inboxes.

Gmail Forwarding
gPanel enables administrators to set up email forwarding and forwarding addresses for users in their organizations. For example, if an employee leaves your company, you can set up automatic forwarding of their emails to their manager or a designated colleague to ensure continuity and prevent the loss of important information.

Gmail Deletion
Gmail Deletion is a powerful administrative feature that provides granular control over email content within a user's mailbox. It enables administrators to search and permanently delete potentially malicious emails or groups of emails based on defined criteria.
Gmail Deletion is not available in the Google Admin console and is exclusive to gPanel.

Gmail Export
The Gmail Export feature in gPanel allows administrators to export a user's inbox and import the document into an mbox format. The messages can be encrypted by the administrator, then decrypted during download and displayed in plain text.

Drive Explorer
Drive Explorer is a feature of gPanel that emulates Google’s native Drive application. It allows you to view and manage the documents and folders of users in your domain.
Admins can edit and revoke share access; view folders; and rename, move, and trash items in any user's Drive.

Ever needed to locate a file that might have been shared externally? Or just can’t seem to remember what user originally created the document?
Drive Search is a gPanel feature that allows you to search a user’s Drive contents and export the results of that search.

Shared Drive Management
As a gPanel administrator, you can change the members and their access level for any Shared Drive in your domain.
You can also change the sharing settings for a Shared Drive, and the default sharing settings for all new Shared Drives.

CalendarsUsing gPanel's Calendars module, you can add and edit events, edit a calendar's general information, share calendars between users to teams, transfer a calendar to a new user, and more.

Resource Calendars
Use gPanel to create resource calendars in Google Workspace, allowing your users to more easily schedule or check the availability of certain resources in your company.
You can also manage who can access resource calendars, view events, and more.
Device Management Capabilities

Mobile Devices
gPanel allows admins to view essential information about their organization's mobile devices including the user's name, email, name of the device, device type, Operation System used, last sync, and domain status.
Admins can also block a user from accessing their Google Workspace data on the device, delete the device entirely from the domain, remote wipe all of that user’s Google Workspace data, and view details of the device.

Chrome Devices
Does your organization use Chromebooks, Chromeboxes, and other ChromeOS devices? With gPanel, administrators can view device serial number, status, asset ID, enrollment date, last sync, the device user’s name, last location, and any additional notes from one central dashboard.
You can also take a variety of actions including blocking a user from accessing their Google Workspace data on the device, deleting the device entirely from the domain, and remote wiping all of that user’s Google Workspace data.

The gPanel API allows for direct, machine communication with gPanel, enabling admins to integrate gPanel with other software and streamline workflows, freeing them from these repetitive tasks.
For example, administrators can use the gPanel API to connect their organization's Google Workspace environment with their existing CRM, HRIS, and ERP systems. So, when a new user is created in a tool such as Paycor, that data is automatically pushed to gPanel and creates a Google Workspace account on your behalf.
