History
The Story Behind gPanel & Promevo
gPanel® is a product of Promevo, a Google Premier Partner dedicated to helping businesses maximize their Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and ChromeOS environments.
Our story began in 2009, when Promevo first partnered with Google to execute large-scale migrations, including an enterprise project for MeadWestvaco, where we merged 12,000 users across seven email systems into one Google-based system.
Building on this expertise, Promevo launched gPanel in 2010 as one of the first Google Marketplace offerings. Designed as a management and security platform for Google Apps (now Google Workspace), gPanel quickly became an essential tool for IT administrators seeking enhanced visibility, control, and automation.
Today, gPanel® continues to evolve, driven by customer feedback and the changing needs of Google Workspace administrators. As part of Promevo’s end-to-end Google services, gPanel helps businesses secure, administer, and protect their Google environments — while Promevo supports clients with software licensing, hardware, and professional services for the entire Google ecosystem.
