Tools > Decommissioning > Policies

  • Decommissioning Policies are now able to be deactivated and activated. When deactivated these policies will not run

Tools > Decommissioning > Actions

  • Transfer Docs has now been updated to use Google’s Data Transfer API

  • Transfer Calendars has now been updated to use Google’s Data Transfer API

Tools > Decommissioning > Log View > Actions

  • Actions are now able to be set to complete to advance the decommissioning process if an action was unable to be completed successfully

 

Bug Fixes

Reports > Site Ownership

  • Fixed an issue where the report was not completing

Tools > Policies > Create Filter

  • Fixed an issue where this policy was not able to be created

Reports > Group Membership

  • Fixed an issue where the report was not completing

Reports > Docs Shared Publicly

  • Fixed an issue where the report’s header would duplicate
