Contacts API upgraded to People API

The following have been updated to the newest People API as the Contacts API has now been deprecated

  1. User Management > Personal Contacts

  2. Directory > Contact Sync

  3. Reports > Export Personal Contacts

  4. Bulk Operations > Personal Contact Deletion

  5. User Portal > My Contacts
