In a continued effort to save time, protect company data, and automate the decommissioning process, the gPanel® software now gives administrators the ability to remove all shares from an organization’s Shared Drives via decommissioning policies.
Admins and end users
When employees exit an organization, it’s important to know what assets need to be revoked or reassigned to a current employee. Administrators now have the ability to use decommissioning actions to remove all shares from their Shared Drives.
Deployed to gPanel Standard on June 19, 2023.
