What's Changing

gPanel now includes a shared drive report. Administrators can view lists of all shared drives in their Workspace environment along with the users they are shared with and access levels.

Why It’s Important

Security and auditing is key to any organization, so it’s important to know what assets your users have shared with internal and external audiences.

This highly requested feature gives Admins the ability to view a comprehensive list of all shared drives along with the users they are shared with and their access levels. In some cases access to shared drives needs to be revoked, or perhaps ownership needs to be reassigned, all of which can be accomplished in gPanel.

Deployed to gPanel Standard tier on March 27, 2023.
