UI/UX Improvements

We've rolled out several updates to our User Interface (UI) this month, including:

A drawer-based interface has been introduced for Welcome Templates.
Updated navigational tabs across the platform
- Calendars
- Decommissioning
- Vault
- Indexing
- Settings
- View Admin
- Billing

Customer Feature Requests

The following features were requested by current gPanel users and deployed across the platform:

The User Profile Report now includes additional columns for: recovery email, recovery phone, advanced protection, 2Step verification, verification enforced, verification enrolled, last password reset date/time.
Shared Drive report now includes Shared Drive Manager(s).
Welcome Templates have been updated to include Groups the user is included in.
Added the ability to select a Group to a Shared Drive.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where users with specific custom roles were unable to login.

Monica Patel

Monica Patel is a Senior Product Manager at Promevo and gPanel, where she drives the strategic evolution of the company’s SaaS offerings. With a distinguished track record in the platform ecosystem, Monica previously led product roadmaps at KPA (now Novara), where she launched their Contractor Management product from inception and delivered the keynote at their inaugural User Conference. Her career includes impactful leadership roles at Housecall Pro, FedEx Ground, and Corva AI, where she specialized in scaling revenue and optimizing complex Agile lifecycles. A frequent industry contributor, Monica has hosted technical webinars and was a recurring expert on The Safety Meeting Podcast. Today, she brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and product vision to help Promevo customers maximize their cloud-native infrastructure.
