What's Changing
We just released our biggest update yet — gPanel 2.5.
This update brings major performance and experience improvements across the entire platform, designed to help Google Workspace admins work faster and smarter.

- Expanded application-wide search with recent search history
- Session-based navigation: stay in the same section when switching users/groups
- New ability to bookmark frequently used gPanel sections
- Light/dark mode toggle
- Instantly navigate pages without waiting for data to load
- Nested routing keeps your place when refreshing or navigating deep links
- Session timeout now returns you to the same page after logging back in
Minor Updates
- Better sorting and filtering options in data grids
- Multi-select actions now available on some grids (e.g., multi-delete)
- Improved responsiveness for different screen sizes and resolutions

- CC/BCC users on welcome email templates during User Creation
- Recovery phone and email added to General Settings
- Bulk-delete all contacts tied to a label in Personal Contacts
- View all calendars a user can access, not just owned

- Drive Search filtering reset functionality
- Greater visibility and control in Shared Drives
- Report types now grouped for easier access
- Rules Engine launched for Enterprise plans
- Expanded configuration options in Decommissioning
- Enable/disable toggle added in Drive Sweep
