Administrators now have the ability to manage Google Shared Drives within gPanel. This new and highly requested functionality gives admins more control and visibility into all the shared Drives within their Workspace.

Why It’s Important

In order to ensure data security and enforce policy adherence, Workspace admins must be aware of all domain-related activities.

gPanel’s new Shared Drive Management feature makes it easier to monitor all of the Drives in your Workspace from a single location, so you can more effectively manage storage usage, track file activity, and allocate resources.

Deployed to gPanel Standard on May 22, 2023.
