What's Changing

We've integrated Google Push Notifications into gPanel to ensure the platform is always in sync with the latest user changes. This real-time update capability enhances operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy.

As of February 20, 2024, we've updated the indexing in gPanel to now also process user updates and undeletes. All the potential Google user change types are now being synchronized on our Workspace management platform.

Why It’s Important

Google Push Notifications allow administrators to actively monitor Google Workspace user updates via gPanel, thereby reducing the amount of data gaps and errors that require full resynchronization of the two platforms.

These notifications also improve responsiveness and management efficiency by allowing administrators to immediately see changes in user status.

Now that we've added all the user change types to gPanel, we will begin to update the standard form of synchronization to give users a more reliable and near real-time sync of data in gPanel for users from Workspace.
