Feature Updates

• Policies > Set Profile Information
  
  • Created a new policy to set profile information for the target users. This will only update the fields set within the policy, this will not delete or remove unset fields
• User Management > General Settings
  • Added a refresh button for the tab’s data
• User Management > Custom Attributes
  • Added a refresh button for the tab’s data
• User Management > Personal Contacts
  • Added the option to delete all contacts within a contact label when deleting the label
• Directory > Contact Sync
  • Added a new warning to notify users that not deleting the created label will interrupt new syncs with the same label
• Automation > Policies
  • Added multi-select option to grid with applicable actions
• Import/Export > Gmail Export
  • Added multi-select option to grid with applicable actions
• Import/Export > Gmail Deletion

Bug Fixes

• Administration > Role Manager
  • Fixed an issue where permissions changes to the default user role were not being persisted when saved for some users.
• User Portal
  • Fixed an issue where some users were receiving a permission error when accessing user portal.
• Automation > Decommissioning 
  • Fixed an issue where decommissioning policies with Add Delegate or Add Delegate by Relation where failing to save.
  • Fixed an issue where the Delete User action with the Acknowledge Log option set would produce a successful log, but would not delete the user.  Now all logs will need to be acknowledged before the deletion will occur.
• User Details > Auditing
  • Fixed an issue when creating an audit some users would receive invalid date ranges.
• Bulk Operations > Vacation Responder
  • Fixed an issue where running a vacation responder would not set for some users.
  • Fixed an issue where no value for an end date was being sent for some users.
