Feature Updates

• Report Center > gPanel Roles Report
  
  • We have created a new report that allows you to export one or more roles along with all associated permissions and their values.
• Import / Export > gPanel Role Permissions
  • We have introduced a new Bulk Operation feature. You can now modify permissions for one or more roles simultaneously using a Google Spreadsheet.
• Import / Export > Gmail Export
  • We've improved the Gmail Export feature for exports containing a large number of files. If any files fail to export, you will now be provided with direct download links for those specific files in a summary email. 
• Report Center > Report
  • We've added the report's start and end times to the notification email you receive when your report is complete. This will give you a clearer picture of the report’s time frame at a glance.
• Import / Export > Bulk Operations > Group Member Settings Update
  • A new Bulk Operation is now available that lets you update group members' roles and email delivery settings in one go. 
• User Management > User
  • We've enhanced the User Details card for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Labels are now more consistent across the board. We've also introduced a new interactive "Advanced Details" pane, giving you access to more comprehensive user information
• User Management > Create User > Policy Information
  • When creating a new user, you can now use the new search and filter functions to quickly locate and assign the policies you need.
• Administration > Role > Settings > Notification Settings
  • You can now send notifications to group email addresses. For any permission set to "Immediate Notifications," you have the option to notify a group email.
• Automation > Drive Sweep
  • We've completely redesigned the creation experience for Drive Sweeps. We've removed the pop-up windows and replaced them with a streamlined, full-screen interface to make setting up your automations more intuitive
• Reports
  • You can now run a report without needing to save it first. This is perfect for when you need to quickly pull data without cluttering your saved reports list
• Reports > Resource Calendar
  • You can now easily export your Resource Calendar information to a Google Spreadsheet for viewing all metadata for the Resources
• Administration > Roles
  • We've added a few quality-of-life improvements to make managing roles easier:
    • Never lose your work again! If you try to leave the page while editing a role, you'll now be prompted to save or discard your changes
    • The Save button is now "sticky" on the Permissions, Role Settings, and Limited Visibility tabs. It will stay visible at the bottom of the page as you scroll, so you no longer have to scroll all the way back up to save your work
• User Management > Select User
  • The Save button is now "sticky" on the General Settings, Profile Information, Custom Attributes, Vacation Responder and Signature tabs. It will stay visible at the bottom of the page as you scroll, so you no longer have to scroll all the way back up to save your work

Bug Fixes

• Directory > Groups
  • We have resolved an issue that would sometimes display an error message stating a newly created group could not be found after group creation.
• Logging
  • We've resolved an issue that was preventing the Logging module from working for some users.
• Import / Export > Bulk Operation > Assign Archive User Licenses
  • We've fixed a bug where the Assign Archive User Licenses Bulk Operation wasn't running as expected.
• Drive > Shared Drives
  • We've resolved an issue where some folders were not correctly displaying when navigating within Shared Drives. All folders should now be visible as expected.
• User Portal > Groups
  • We've resolved an issue where group managers were incorrectly able to change their group's primary email address. Permissions for this action are now enforced correctly.
• Automation > Signature Templates
  • We fixed a bug that was preventing signature templates from being applied correctly when the "All current and future users within domain" setting was used. This automation will now run as expected.
