Feature Updates

• Report Center > Reports

  • Added enhancements to all reports

    • All header rows will now be locked.

    • All header rows will now be bolded.

    • Upon report completion, all columns will automatically resize to fit the content within them, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

• Report Center > Reports > Inactive Users

  • Users can now select a specific date to identify all users who have not logged in since that selected date, and/or include users that have never logged in.

• User Management > User > Drive Search
  • We've introduced a new "Drive Search" tab directly within a user's profile. This allows you to search a specific user's Google Drive without navigating away from the User Management section.
• User Management > User > Groups > Compare
  • You can now select one or multiple groups and add them directly to a user instead of having to merge all.
• Drive > Drive Search
  • New Search Columns: You can now add more detailed columns to your search results, including Trashed, Shared, Document Link, Last Modified By, and MIME Type. These columns are off by default and can be enabled in your column settings.
  • Export Fixed: We have resolved an issue with the export function, ensuring you can reliably download your search results.
  • File Size Display: The "File Size" column has been updated to better align with the format you see in the standard Google Drive interface.
• Automation > Decommissioning > Vacation Responder
  • You can now dynamically insert user profile information, such as name and job title, directly into vacation responder messages for a more personalized out-of-office reply.
• Automation > Policies > Remove Delegate from Account
  • We've introduced a new policy that allows administrators to efficiently remove user or group delegates from a specified set of target accounts

Bug Fixes

• Reports
  • We've resolved an issue where reports were not correctly moved into the selected target folder. Reports will now be reliably saved to your chosen destination.
• Billing > Subscription Notifications
  • Fixed an issue that prevented setting up a new subscription notification
