Feature Updates

• User Management > Drive
  • You can now see the unique IDs for both files and folders directly within the Drive file rows.
• Directory > Groups
  • We've added a notification to make it clearer when a Google Group you are trying to access has been removed. A snackbar will now appear to inform you that the group was not found.
• Drive > Drive Search
  • Similar to the User Management section, the unique IDs for Drive files and folders are now visible within the Drive Search results
• Report Center > Reports
  • When creating a new report, the default name will now automatically start with the report's type
• The following reports now have a document ID column that can be exported
  • Report Center > Reports > Documents Created
  • Report Center > Reports > Shared Drive Docs Shared Externally
  • Report Center > Reports > Unmodified Documents
• Administration > Role Manager
  • You can now directly edit the names of existing roles within the Role Manager. This should give you more flexibility in organizing and managing user permissions.
• Reports
  • You can now specify the user's role when sharing reports, providing more granular control over access.
• Reports > List User Gmail Filters
  • A new report is available that allows you to view all Gmail filters for selected users.
• Bulk Operation > Groups
  • We've added more visibility into the Group report. You'll now see dedicated columns for both Owners and Managers directly within the Groups report 
• Reports > User Usage
  • Added the ability to select Users, Group, Organization Units, or Domains as a source for the report instead of only having the ability to choose the entire domain.

Bug Fixes

• Report Center > Reports >  Reporting on documents that contain a CC number or SSN or Phone Numbers
  • We've resolved an issue that was preventing the following reports from running correctly
• Plans & Billing
  • A visual issue where the auto-payment enablement status was not displaying correctly has been fixed. You should now see the correct status of your auto-payment settings.

• Directory > Contact Sync
  • We've resolved an issue in the Directory Sync feature where, under certain circumstances, not all contacts from your directory were being successfully synchronized with destination users.
• User Management > Gmail Settings > Forwarding Addresses
  • An issue that prevented the deletion of forwarding addresses containing a "+" symbol has been resolved.
