Feature Updates

• Import / Export > Bulk Operations
  • We've completely redesigned the creation experience for Bulk Operations. We've removed the pop-up windows and replaced them with a streamlined, full-screen interface to make setting up your automations more intuitive.
• Automation > Decommissioning
  • Enhanced Reporting Capabilities: Reports generated from Decommissioning actions can now be shared with multiple users or groups simultaneously.
  • Expanded Notification Logic: The default email notifications regarding Decommissioning actions can now be configured to send to multiple specific users or groups.
• User Management > Select User > Drive > Select multiple files or folders
  • Bulk Share Expiration: We have improved security controls for bulk actions. You can now set specific expiration dates for shares when selecting and sharing multiple files or folders directly from a user’s drive.

Bug Fixes

• Report Center > Reports > Group with Members and Groups
  • Fixed an issue where the report was not successfully running for some domains.
• Directory > Groups
  • Fixed an issue with Enterprise tier domains where limited visibility roles were unable to view some Groups.
• Calendars > Calendar > Events
  • Resolved an issue that prevented some calendar events from being retrieved successfully.
• Directory > Group > Add Group
  • Addressed an issue where users were not notified if a group template failed to apply after group creation.
