Feature Updates

• User Management > Select User > Gmail Settings > Filters
  
  • Within the User Management section, when you select a user and navigate to their Gmail settings, you will now see a dedicated area for "Filters." This new view allows administrators to easily create, delete, and review all Gmail filters associated with that user.
• Calendars > Resource Calendars
  • The Resource Calendar grid now includes a column displaying the unique IDs for each resource calendar.
• Administration > Role Manager > Limited Visibility > Domains
  • A new "Domains" section has been added under Administration > Role Manager > Limited Visibility. This feature enables administrators to specify which domains will have their groups displayed within the Directory > Groups section, offering more precise control over group visibility.
• Report Center > Reports > Reporting on documents that contain a CC number or SSN or Phone Numbers
  • You can now use custom regular expressions to perform highly specific searches within your documents. This allows you to find content based on complex patterns you define.

  • A new "Source" column has been added to the Reports view, providing users with clear insight into the origin of each report.
    
• Billing > Subscriptions
  
  • The Subscriptions section now offers the ability to purchase "Business Standard Archive User" licenses.
    
• User Management > Select User
  • You can now easily copy a user's name, email address, and Google ID directly from the user. Simply hover over the respective field for the copy option to appear.
• Directory > Groups >Select Group
  • Similarly, copying a group's ID, email address, and name is now possible by hovering over these details within the group.
• Calendars > Calendars
  • The "Add Calendar" button will now remain disabled until a specific user has been selected
• User Management Grid
  • A new column has been added to display the full Organization path of the user
• User Management > Select User > Groups > Add Group
  • Group Name is now displayed in the groups table when selecting groups
• User Management > Select User > Gmail Settings > Account Delegation
  • Groups can now be selected when adding to account delegation for a user
• User Management > Select User > Drive > Shared Drive
  • When creating a Shared Drive from a user's settings, contextual information is now provided, clearly indicating under which user account the Shared Drive will be created

  • Added new column for the Shared Drive Link that opens the Drive in a new tab

  • You now have the ability to download Gmail export files directly to a specified Drive folder

• General Application Enhancements

  • Improved Dark Mode Aesthetics
    • All scrollbars within the application have been visually updated in Dark Mode for a more consistent and polished look.

• Directory > Groups > Select Group > Business Group Settings
  

  • Added ability to manage the setting “Who can leave group”
  • Added ability to manage the setting “Who can contact group owners”
  • Added ability to manage the setting “Who can discover group”
  • Added restrictions to “Who can discover group” based on “Who can view membership”

• Report Center > Reports > gPanel Roles Report

  • When exporting the gPanel Roles Report to a spreadsheet, each role will now be organized into its own separate tab.
  • The export now includes a comprehensive list of all available permissions within each role's tab. Alongside each permission, a clear "True" or "False" value will indicate whether the role has access to that specific permission.

• Report Center > Reports

  • Upon successful generation of any report in the Report Center, the notification you receive will now include a direct, clickable link.

Bug Fixes

• Automation > Decommissioning
  • An issue has been resolved where some Decommissioning policies that had the “Trigger on Org Move” option selected would be also triggered on user suspension.

• User Portal Redirection
  • We've addressed a bug that was causing some users with custom administrator roles to be incorrectly redirected to the user portal.

• Reports > Mobile Application Report
  • Fixed an issue where the spreadsheet was being written too quickly, preventing all rows to be exported.
• Drive > Shared Drive
  • Fixed an issue where some delegated admins were unable to create Shared Drives
