Feature Updates

• Drive > Shared Drives
  • Added the ability to set expiration on folder and file permissions within Shared Drives
• Automation > Decommissioning
  • Updated logging for the action “Remove Google License” to provide more information in cases where it failed due to Google License settings
• Automation > Policies
  • We've completely redesigned the creation experience for Policies. We've removed the pop-up windows and replaced them with a streamlined, full-screen interface to make setting up your automations more intuitive
• User Management > Create User
  • You can now schedule the sending of Welcome Letter templates for a specific day and time. This new scheduling capability supports precise timing using five-minute intervals.
• User Management > User > Gmail Settings > Filters
  • We have expanded the capabilities of the "Create Filter" dialog. You can now utilize the following options when managing your email rules:
    • Categorize as
    • Never send it to Spam
    • Mark it as important
    • Never mark it as important
• Automation > Rules Engine
  • We have introduced a new Trigger Action that allows you to automatically apply a Group Template whenever a new group is created. This enhancement streamlines the setup process and ensures consistency across your organization’s groups.

Bug Fixes

• Report Center > Reports
  • Fixed an issue where some columns were unable to be selected within specific report types
• Automation > Rules Engine
  • Fixed an issue in logging where Rule Name and Action Type weren’t always being resolved correctly
• Automation > Policies > Set Profile Information
  • We have resolved an issue where specific profile fields were unintentionally cleared during the execution of this policy.
• Automation > Decommissioning > Remove User from All Shared Drive
  • We have enhanced the logging capabilities for this action. If the process encounters an error, the logs will now provide greater detail to help users diagnose the specific issue.
• User Portal > My Groups
  • We fixed an issue that allowed users to leave a group even when the group policy was configured to restrict members from leaving.
• Automation > Signature Templates
  • We corrected a rendering issue where images included in a signature template were occasionally not displaying correctly after being applied to a user's Gmail signature.
• User Management > Edit User
  • Resolved an issue where deleting a recovery phone number resulted in the number persisting on the user profile instead of being removed.
• Automation > Decommissioning > Remove from all Groups
  • Enhanced the logging for the "Remove from all Groups" action to explicitly indicate if the process encounters a potential dynamic group, providing greater visibility into group removal failures or skips

• Report Center > List User Gmail Filters
  • Resolved an issue where the "List User Gmail Filters" report was failing to populate data. This report now generates the expected results correctly.
• User Indexing
  • Fixed a synchronization issue where renaming an Organization was not accurately reflecting the change for users displayed within the User Management grid.
