What’s Changing

In an ongoing effort to expand our customers’ reporting capabilities, Promevo has updated the Docs Modified In Last X Days report in gPanel. The report now includes Status and License Date to easily distinguish archived employees from active ones and see how long they have been archived at a glance.

Why It’s Important

This highly-requested feature gives Admins oversight into the last time documents were modified, if the users who modified them are archived, and the length of time those users have been archived. This feature makes it easier for organizations to clean up their domain and ensure security adherence.

Deployed to gPanel Standard and Enterprise on October 2, 2023.

Available to gPanel Standard and Enterprise customers.
Not available to gPanel Starter customers.
