Feature Updates

UI/UX Improvements

We've rolled out several updates to our User Interface (UI) this month, including:

Decommissioning Module
- Improved UI and workflow for of Gmail vault export
- Improved UI and workflow for selection of actions available

- Updated detail window when selecting a policy on the main grid
- Updated format and arrangement for Review step
- Updated headers and field labels

User Management

We've added the following status options for email delegates:

Active: Active delegate
Pending: Pending acceptance from delegate
Rejected: Delegate has rejected the request for delegation
Expired: Delegation request has expired

Bug Fixes

Fixed a delayed loading issue on “Docs Shared Publicly” report.
Fixed an issue where the bulk deletion of users caused an error and did not delete properly.
Resolved an issue where the policy for moving users from a specific group into an OU was failing.
Resolved an issue where the Bulk Assign Archive User Licenses would start but not complete.

A frequent industry contributor, Monica has hosted technical webinars and was a recurring expert on The Safety Meeting Podcast. Today, she brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and product vision to help Promevo customers maximize their cloud-native infrastructure.
