Feature Updates
Change log option to 'View' Resource Calendar permissions
Admins now have the ability to enable or disable the Change Log requirement for Resource Calendar permissions within specific user roles.
When enabled, users will be prompted to provide a justification before they can access or view Resource Calendar details.
Why This Matters
This feature ensures that access to sensitive scheduling and resource data is intentional and documented. It enhances audit tracking and helps Enterprise organizations maintain a high standard of internal compliance.
Change log option to 'View' Drive Explorer permissions
Admins can now toggle a Change Log requirement within role permissions for Drive Explorer.
When this setting is enabled, users must provide a formal justification (entry in the view log) before they are granted access to Drive Explorer permissions.
Why This Matters
This provides an extra layer of security for sensitive data. By requiring a reason for access, admins gain improved visibility and a robust audit trail of user activity. This is a critical feature for Enterprise customers focused on strict security and regulatory compliance.
Change log option to 'View' My Drive permissions
We’ve extended the Change Log requirement specifically to the Drive Explorer > My Drive section within role permissions.
Admins can mandate that users provide a justification before accessing a user's "My Drive" through the Drive Explorer tool.
Why This Matters
Because "My Drive" often contains personal or sensitive departmental files, requiring a reason for access prevents unauthorized "peeking" and ensures all administrative activity is logged for security reviews.
Drive Search: Add Label Query Parameter
We have added the ability to search for files by Label within the Drive Search tool.
Why This Matters
This enhancement streamlines your workflow, allowing you to bypass noise and find the exact files you need faster by narrowing results based on organizational labels.
